For the better part of a half an hour, Broadway Avenue was occupied accross six lanes, the wide median, and the sidewalks, by around fifteen thousand supporters of the Black Lives Matter movement.

I was able to sit down with Raj Maniar (via a video call, to maintain social distance) and talk about how Torque Brewing Co. has pushed back all their events. Maniar also discusses how they have attempted to adapt to help home-bound folks in isolation, as well as to “keep the lights on” as he so eloquently puts it.
