Manitoba Night Market and Festival is BACK in 2021
Every year the Manitoba Night Market and Festival descends upon Assiniboia Downs, bringing together local people, local breweries, local artists, local makers, local food trucks, and local music. This year will be no different. After a successful summer in 2020, despite the strict social distancing guidelines at the time, the market and festival is back for another round. This year’s three dates are August 22nd, September 5th, and September 19th.
If you attended in 2020 then you already know what a great job was done by the Assiniboia Downs staff and the vendors themselves to make sure the event was as safe as could be. While all government and public health guidelines will be followed again this year, there shouldn’t be many issues as the province relaxes conditions.
You can even buy your tickets ONLINE this year, then the admissions team simply scans your ticket upon entry. This should make entry more streamlined and provide less potential physical contact than using cash. Every little bit of contactless technology available helps, right?
