About Them
Can you please fully explain your business or product line?
All4Candle is a handmade soy wax candle shop. All candles are hand-poured with plant-based, non-toxic soy wax and only use aromatherapy-grade essential oil. The product we sell is not only a candle, but also a way of life.
With the Winnipeg local maker community continuing to grow, what is the most important thing you’d like potential customers of your company to know?
The candles I am selling are very special. They are eco-friendly, scented with high-quality essential oils, and can be custom-made for events. These candles are new in the market at the moment, but I am confident that people would love them if they give them a try.
What inspired you to start your business?
2020 was a challenging year for most people. However, life won’t mistreat you. I used to buy nicely scented candles from stores, but it was hard to shop outside during a pandemic, so I started to make candles for myself. I learned that soy wax has more benefits and it is eco-friendly compared to paraffin candles.
What was the biggest struggle you’ve had to overcome?
I still need to learn how to market a product to gain more customers and, in turn, make my products more popular.
What has been your biggest success as a maker?
The candle I am selling is more than just a profit-making product and business. I still remember that when I sold my first order, I was delighted.
Do you have any advice that you would pass on to someone hoping to start up their own business or product line?
Do market research for your business idea and work on it!
Please share any upcoming events (virtual for the time being, of course) as well as the best place(s) for people to purchase your product!
I will post any updates or news on my social media, but for now, people can purchase through my etsy page or message for custom orders.
